Payment Terms & Refund Policy

1. Clients agree to pay the specified fees for services, as outlined at the time of purchase.
2. Refunds are available on a pro-rata basis for unused services; services already utilized are non-refundable.

(q) Personal queries related to group calls will not be entertained; members are responsible for their own profits and losses.

Other Business Activities

1. Research activities are managed independently from all other business operations in accordance with SEBI RA regulations.
2. Third-party products, educational services, and consultancy activities are conducted separately from RA business operations.
3. Fees collected from these independently managed businesses are not considered as fees for research services.

Indemnification & Liability

Users agree to indemnify the Owner against losses or legal claims that may arise from their use or misuse of the website or any violation of these terms.

Cancellations, Modifications, and Jurisdiction

The Owner reserves the right to terminate or modify these terms at any time, and clients are responsible for staying informed of any updates. Legal jurisdiction for any matters is Thane, Maharashtra.

Investor Caution
